Fishing day starts with collection of the client from his hotel at 8am. The guide arrives in a fully equipped 4 x 4 complete with 2 cool boxes. One contains the packed lunch while the other contains unlimited cold drinks.

All fishing equipment and bait is included in the package, right down to the hooks.

The client decides on the species with advice from the guide based on possibilities according to sea and weather conditions.

The guide will transport clients to the appropriate location and fishing will commence.

Steve has spent many months in Namibia over the last 6 years. He has thoroughly researched the options available for fishing in Namibia and has come up with the best option for clients from overseas. Guided Shark Fishing In Namibia - Unlike other African Countries Namibia is totally safe for tourists. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming everywhere you go. The main towns are very clean, no litter. The water can be consumed with no ill effects. The hotels are as good as you would find anywhere and better than most. The food is excellent including the local cuisine with many fast food and quality restaurants available in the larger towns. Food and drink is very cheap, beer at less than £1 per pint. Large steak £4, wine (excellent South African) at £2 per bottle in restaurants. Spirits £1 per double. It is difficult to spend money on a night out compared with Europe especially the UK.

Windhoek, the capital has first class shopping. Local crafts abound along with high class shops at very reasonable prices. All items for safaris can easily be purchased here.

Swalkopmund this is the main tourist town offering local craft work and souveniers along with excellent restaurants and hotels and fine beaches.

We can supply any level of accommodation that the clients require usually a 2 / 3* standard with a meal package to meet the clients needs.

Currently we use Hotels in Walvis Bay or De Duine Hotel at Henties Bay with an outdoor pool. We can offer 5* facilities if required.

The shark fishing season is from October to April summer in Namibia.
