Ucluelet is one fishing spot on the west coast that has not seen a decline in limits for fish like other places around British Columbia. In the last few years the fishing seems to be getting better every year.

The fishing boom starts in May and lasts until September. In May and June, come fill your bucket with halibut between 10-40lbs. There is also plethora of the feeder Kings (Chinooks). July and August see the Halibut and Chinook(Kings) increase in size. Coho start hanging out in larger schools. In August the Large Kings return, so come experience the thrill of fishing for these great predators. Also experience the rugged coastline and also go whale watching, golfing or kayaking.
