Lake Oahe's extended season, clean, crowd-less waters and abundance of fish ensure a great fishing trip. Although May, June and early July are traditionally the prime fishing months across the country, fishing on Lake Oahe remains good year-round. Some of our best action occurs throughout late summer and fall.
While Walleye are our specialty, we also have top quality Smallmouth Bass, Chinook Salmon, Catfish and trophy Northern Pike fishing available. Lake Oahe is one of the few lakes in North America still sporting true, trophy Northern Pike opportunities. "Ice-out" in late March and early April is the prime time for trophy Pike.

Overlooking beautiful Okobojo Creek Inlet on Lake Oahe, our main lodge is the heart of a first-class regional outdoor entertainment complex. With a 27,000 square foot, custom built facility, over 70,000 acres of private property and 2,250 miles of shoreline available on Lake Oahe, our Lodge offers our guests a multitude of opportunity.

With the lodge located on the bluffs just above Okobojo Creek Inlet on Lake Oahe, fantastic fishing is only minutes from our door. The Lake is 240 miles long with more than 2250 miles of shoreline.

Our lodge features 35 private, deluxe, single-occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with an ultra-plush Queen sized bed, 25 inch satellite TV, phone and data lines. Suites are available.

Our expansive Great Room is the perfect setting for relaxing after a day of outdoor entertainment or corporate meetings. Our Great Room and convention center provide the perfect environment for wedding receptions, holiday parties and family reunions.

Sink into our lodge furnishings and enjoy the view of Okobojo Creek Inlet on Lake Oahe. Warm up by the fireplace while enjoying your favorite beverage from one of our two, fully stocked bars. Activities include billiards, poker table, table shuffleboard, and big screen televisions for all your favorite program and sporting events.

A lofted library overlooks the Great Room with a picturesque view of an assortment of wildlife taxidermy and hand painted murals. The lodge also features an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa.

For our business meeting clients, our business center provides the latest office equipment allowing you to stay in touch with your office. Wireless Internet access, e-mail, and faxes are available.

Our spacious dining room serves meals featuring a menu certain to please. Hors d'oeuvres, fine wines and elegant deserts add to the evening dining experience.
