Fly Fishing South Eastern United States
North Carolina (NC) — Package: 200118
Package Details and Information:
1/2 Day Wade Trip
The Boone area offers a plethora of trout streams, wild and hatchery-supported waters having populations of native Brook, Rainbow, and Brown trout. Our Half-dayTrip consists of four hours of guided fishing on one of the nearby creeks or rivers.
Wilderness Wade Trip, Full Day
Get away from it all! Hike with one of our small stream specialists into a National Forest and spend the day fishing to wild, intelligent trout. Our guides have spent countless days prospecting the hundreds of miles of isolated streams . . . they may even take you to their secret place.
Nolichucky Day Float Trip
Our day float of about ten miles on the Nolichucky for Smallmouth Bass takes place just above the gorge. Fly and light-tackle fishing down this remote, majestic stretch of the Nolichucky is a favorite among our guides.
South Holston Wade or Float Trip
Three years of slot limits and two years of protecting the spawning beds have greatly enhance this Frying Pan of the South. When water is released from the dam, we float the entire 14 miles; fishing streamers and nymphs in the heavy water, and, on most days, dry flies to rising fish. When there is no dam to release, we wade and fish long leaders to selective trout.
Watauga River Float Trip
We have divided the 23 miles of this floatable, diverse river into sections. We pioneered float fishing in the Southeast here; consequently, we understand which section is producing the best fishing on a daily basis. The Watauga has a healthy population of Brown and Rainbow trout.

"Thanks for two great weeks of fishing at the Andaman Islands. The service has been impressive. The boat was perfect for our kind of fishing (popping and jigging). I hope we will meet again some day."
