Package Details and Information:

Walk-in creek trips (fly or spinning tackle)

Our creek trips offer a morning, afternoon, or full day on the Big Laurel, Shelton Laurel, Roaring Fork, Meadow Fork, Spring Creek, or Hickey Fork. Each of these fisheries is within 20 minutes of our headquarters in Hot Springs, NC. Hot Springs is less than 45 minutes from Asheville, NC.

We Fish each of these waterways regularly, to keep appraised of where the fish are biting, and when. Wherever we put you on the water, you can be assured of an experience offering unparralleled natural beauty.

Spring is trout season, with the waters high from winter's precipitation. In summer, the water levels fall, the trout get sluggish, but never fear, the smallmouth bass more than make up for it! In the fall, the big own trout become active, and aside form the fall foilage presenting mountains covered with vivid red, orange and yellow leaves, the crisp days and cool nights, the fishing can be extraordinary.

No matter how long you are in the Asheville, NC area, we can get you on the water, and on the fish! Spend an afternoon, a day, or a weekend in the glorious Mountains exploring the creeks and rivers of western North Carolina. Species include ook, own, and rainbow trout, as well as smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, musky, and walleye.

We can fish from shore, while wading, or from our custom outfitted whitewater raft. Fly fishing, Spin fishing, whatever you're used to or want to learn, our guides can help you succeed. Asheville NC and the surrounding area of western North Carolina's Appalachian Mountains hold numerous impressive fisheries. Whether it's floating for Musky on the French Broad River between Hendersonville and Asheville, taking on the whitewater in Madison County for smallmouth bass, or wading with a fly rod for trout in one of the hundreds of crystal clear mountain streams that wander through this area, let us take you to where the fish are.

We have fished the streams, creeks, and rivers in this area for years and that experience translates directly into premium fishing excursions for our guests. We are located in Hot Springs NC, about 45 min. from Asheville, poised on the edge of two fantastic fisheries (the French Broad River and Spring Creek), within 5 minutes of a third (The Big Laurel River).
