6 Day Package - Fly Fishing Glen Garry
The package is a week including 6 days of fishing, the first days fishing is a Monday and guests should plan to arrive on a Sunday and depart the following Sunday morning.
Primarily fishing for Wild Brown Trout but with the possibility of Pike, Char and Salmon. Our location has over 25,000 acres of fishing ranging from wild hill lochs, the rivers Garry and Upper Garry and the deep waters of lochs Quoich and Garry which in the past have held the British trout record. The week will be hosted by Peter Thomas and be tailored to meet specific requirements, some fishing will be on the river whilst the big lochs will be fished from a boat which is included in the price. There will be a day of trolling for double figure Brown Trout.
The guide, Peter Thomas has lived and fished in Glengarry for the past 10 years and nobody knows the fishing better. He tends to favour altering the package to suit weather conditions and the way the fish are behaving. Peter is an excellant fly fishing instructor and everyone will feel at home with his enthusiasm and affability.
Peter can supply tackle if necessary.
The best arrival point would be Inverness Airport and transfers can be arranged at about £50 pp, however I would suggest that hiring a car would be an advantage as there is lots to see around here when the fishing day has ended.

Fly Fishing Scotland - Glen Garry - The package is centered around Glengarry in the highlands of Scotland, we are located 6 miles off the A87 Invergarry to Skye road.
Inverness Airport is an hour away whilst Glasgow is three and a half hours away.
There is also a rail sleeper from London to Spean Bridge which is forty minutes away.

Accommodation:
Our Hotel is fantastically located in the western highlands and was built in 1895 as a fishing lodge. Our food is of a high standard and the hotel itself is friendly and welcoming we have ten rooms.

The Trout season is from 16th March 2004 to the 6th October.
