We have 1.5 miles of fishing on the River Avon (pronounced - aarn) and 3 miles on the River Livet. The Avon is a major tributary of the Spey, and is joined by the Livet before reaching the middle reaches of the Spey near Bridge of Avon. Two rods on the Deskie beat are available for Hotel guests with one reserved house rod for the occasional use.

The Glenlivet Estate consists of nearly 90 square miles of glens, forestry and moorlands in the Grampian Highlands. There are over 30 miles of marked trails including the Speyside Way.  

We are a short distance from the famous Glenlivet Distillery on 'Scotland's Malt Whisky Trail' with over 35 distilleries in the region. There are 4 acres of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy, take a beautiful walk and admire our wonderful wildlife.

Single and double rooms are available, all en-suite with telephone. The award winning restaurant, awarded 5 stars by Taste of Scotland, specialists in fine Scottish produce, while the oak panelled bar with open fire serves a selection of over 100 malt whiskies.

Situated in the heart of Scotland's Malt Whisky Trail the hotel is within an easy drive of the Castle, Coastal and Garden trails.

With 10 spacious bedrooms all with beautiful views and en-suites you can combine rest and relaxation with as much or as little activity as you want.

The award - winning restaurant specialises in fine scottish produce, using only fresh local ingredients including vegetable and herbs from our own kitchen garden.

The hotel has over 4 acres of landscape gardens including croquet and tennis. During your stay you can relax in our bright & spacious lounge, and enjoy one of our famous afternoon teas, or unwind and enjoy the beauty of Glen Livet with a walk around the area. Whenever you visit us you will always be rewarded with spectacular scenery. We are happy to arrange and assist with activities and itineraries including walking, cycling, golf, pony - trekking, clay pigeon shooting or field sports.
