Remote camp fishing is all about getting away from the crowds. When you get off the beaten track to waters that are seldom fished you are almost guaranteed some exciting fishing.
You will fish the biggest estuary system along the Northern Territory coast. This system produces excellent lure fishing with over 30 recorded species being caught.
Options:-
This tour is available from 3 to 7 days.
Availability:-
By arrangement from May to November, weather permitting.
Transfers:-
( Flying in / out to maximise fishing time)
Departs from the Darwin Airport light aircraft section.
On the last day your departure for Darwin will depend on the Tide. If departing from the Island it is usually approx. 2 p.m.
(Can fly one way and drive the other)
Included:-
All meals at camp
Travel permits pre arranged
Fresh water shower
Fully screened, fan cooled sleeping huts, all linen
Highly recommended and experienced guides
All fish surplus to needs are released
Tackle supplied on a replace if lost or damaged basis.
Exclusions:-
Domestic Travel to and from Darwin.
Accommodation and meals whilst in Darwin.
Flights to and from Camp (approx $800 each way, per 4 passenger plane)
Fly fishing tackle is not supplied
Minimum numbers:-
2 angler's minimum - 3 angler's maximum per boat
Larger groups of up to 12 anglers can be catered for.

Cool light clothing, Long sleeves and pants are recommended
Polarized sunglasses
30+ sunscreen
Camera/Video Camera with plenty of film
Insect repellent

Please keep baggage to a maximum of 5kgs. Soft-sided sports bags are best. Excess baggage will be charged at $3.00 per/kg.

A 50 minute flight from Darwin and you will be greeted with the sight of a maze of mangrove lined estuaries and several islands. Your aircraft will land on one of these islands and then it’s just a five minute walk to your accommodation.
Barramundi is the prime target but this system and the blue water scene provides the angler with many other opportunities:-

Permanent fan cooled tropical friendly tents with comfortable bedding, designed to catch the sea breezes will ensure a good nights sleep after a hard days fishing and a meal of Barra and mud crabs. Fresh water showers and septic toilets are a welcomed luxury for a remote camp.

The camp has a large kitchen/dining area with fans, 240 volt power supply, ample fridges and freezers. Just because you are in the middle of no where doesn't mean you have to miss out on a good feed, Mud Crab and Barra are always on offer and you will also be pleased with great BBQ meals and roast dinners.
