Within 1-2 hours of Edmonton by motor vehicle, are several lakes that are plentiful with Walleye in the 2 to 10 pound range and Pike in the 5 to 20 pound range. A catch of 20 to 60 fish a day is common for either species. Large Trout, Whitefish and other species are also readily available. (A trophy is possible.)
