After too long an absence, Hardys have re-released probably one of the finest salmon fly fishing reels of all time

The Marquis was an absolute classic of its day and following requests too numerous to count to bring back the famous salmon sizes of this classic reel, Hardys took the decision to reintroduce it this season

Manufactured to the original polished rim design, this range is 100% interchangeable with existing Marquis spools.  A slight internal modfication to the cam system has resulted in an increased drag range to the 'click pawl' system, yet it retains the classic, unforgettable 'Marquis click' sound
