The original GRX was given many accolades and was loved by thousands of anglers. So we looked at where we could improve it and came up with the amazing new GRXi. Totally redeveloped, the GRXi is lighter, better balanced and has an increadible recovery rate. It looks fantastic too, with its discreet black blank, laser-etched reel seat, beautifully-shaped handle and hint of red in the whippings. In addition, GRXi rods now all come in a tough cordura tube.
But some things do stay the same. The GRXi range has great versatility. From the delightful #2/3 weight to the dependable #7/8 weight, this is complete rod range. And we expect the GRXi to maintain its position as a premier rod on reservoirs. The nine-foot, seven/eight and eight/nine weights are even saltwater proof. And last, but certainly not least, we've kept the incredible value that no-one ever believed was possible for such a fine rod.
