• The length of the head is strategically married to the rod length to produce the perfect partnership. 

• The Mach II's longer head means that you can aerialise more line than ever before.

• The length of the head corresponds with the line weight. Line weights three, four and five have a shorter head than the longer heads of the six, seven and eight weights. This facilitates easier, more accurate casting.

• The Mach II's extended rear taper stabilizes the line whilst it’s in the air, a vital aid to long casting. This creates perfect straightening and accuracy, cast after cast.

• The Mach II has a new braided core which makes it softer, more supple and with substantially less memory than the Mach 1.

• Colour changes show the optimum shooting point for more distance.

• With the three sinking lines, the head section is seamlessly welded to a lower density running line. The result is effortless long distance casting without the tangling problems associated with other brands.
